Alternative pop rock band from the Dominican Republic that debuted in 2008 with the simple purpose of making music to satisfy the artistic needs of the members. The name of the band came from a dream one of the members had who imagined that he was happily playing in in front of 50,000 people in a band called "Pulpo". The name "Pulpo" was already occupied so the band decided to call itself Poolpo.
